Jay I. Brody practices primarily in the Consumer Defense Section and has extensive experience with class action and commercial litigation. Jay has handled complex litigation in federal and state courts throughout the country. He focuses on defending single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statues, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and related state laws. Prior to joining the Firm, Jay handled consumer class actions and served as a law clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel and the Superior Court of Connecticut.
