MICHELLE H. LYON

Michelle H. Lyon practices primarily in the Firm’s Licensing Section and Consumer Defense Section.

Prior to joining the Firm, Michelle was an in-house attorney and compliance director for two national collection agencies, where she assisted in the management of attorney network firms, compliance related issues, and litigation.

Over the years, Michelle has developed a special expertise on the licensing requirements for collection agencies, debt buyers, and loan servicers. Today, she works with clients to obtain needed licenses and registrations and assists with responding to consumer claims asserting violations of federal or state laws.
