Winnie N. Kibe practices primarily in the Firm's Consumer Defense Section and Commercial Litigation Section. She defends collection agencies, creditors, debt buyers, and other financial institutions in both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
While in law school, Winnie N. Kibe served as a student mentor within the Black Law Student Association where she mentored and advised incoming black law students. She also participated in the Boston College International Human Rights Practicum Clinic and the Harvard Law and International Development Society.
When not working, Winnie enjoys spending time outdoors, running, traveling, and volunteering.
