BRIAN D. ROTH
Brian D. Roth practices primarily in the Firm’s Consumer Defense Section, Commercial Litigation Section, and Compliance & Regulatory Section. He is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience representing businesses in the financial services industry. He has specialized knowledge of the laws and regulations impacting banks.
Brian has defended thousands of single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits alleging claims under various consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He has amassed numerous wins on important issues impacting businesses in the financial services industry. He has obtained several dozens of favorable trial and arbitration verdicts.
In addition to being a known litigator, Brian also regularly advises clients on important compliance and regulatory issues impacting their business and develops creative solutions to address complicated legal issues.
