Clients routinely seek our appellate court expertise. We have handled appeals in every federal circuit court of appeal, the U.S. Supreme Court, and numerous state courts of appeal. Often, our efforts have resulted in precedent-setting decisions. We understand appellate courts function differently than trial courts and success at the appellate level requires knowledge and skill different from that needed in trial courts. And our lawyers have the skills needed to win at the appellate level.
Importantly, several of our attorneys are former law clerks for appellate judges, including state supreme court justices, and several have taught appellate advocacy as professors in law school.
