TUAN V. UONG

Tuan V. Uong practices primarily in the Firm’s Consumer Defense Section and Commercial Litigation Section.

Tuan is an experienced trial lawyer who has litigated hundreds of cases in state and federal courts, including class actions and appeals, as well as arbitration proceedings. Tuan is involved in all phases of litigation (e.g., pre-litigation strategy and investigation, pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, mediation, trial, and appeals).

Tuan is a well-known attorney in the financial services industry, who has amassed many important and helpful victories for the industry. He is also a trusted advisor regarding compliance related issues and often counsels clients on new and developing trends.
