RACHEL M. FLEISHMAN

Rachel M. Fleishman practices primarily in the Firm’s Consumer Defense Section, Commercial Litigation Section, and Compliance & Regulatory Section. She focuses on defending collection agencies, creditors, debt buyers, and other financial institutions in single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. She is an experienced litigator that has obtained many favorable rulings for the financial services industry.

While in law school, Rachel served on the Editorial Board for the Child and Family Law Journal and was the Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta and Secretary Panel Facilitator to the Federal Bar Association.
